Coadjutor Bishop for the Diocese of Huron to be Elected on Saturday, February 13

The Synod of the Diocese of Huron will elect its coadjutor bishop on Saturday, February 13 at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.

Synod will decide between eight candidates who stand in the election of coadjutor bishop. The decision requires majority of the vote of both clergy and lay members of Synod. The bishop-elect
will automatically become the 13th Bishop of Huron when the currently serving bishop, the Right
Reverend Robert Bennett, retires.

Bishop Bennett will call Synod to order after the Eucharist which starts at 9:30 a.m.
